STRAND WOVEN BAMBOO: a pressed bamboo parquet glued to the subfloor immediately gives an exceptional sensation of stability and resistance. Its compactness makes it an extremely robust flooring, so much so that it can easily support objects in free fall! In the house it often happens that something falls on the floor; pressed bamboo is perhaps the only type of parquet that combines the strength of a tile (almost) with the warmth of a parquet. For this reason it is chosen both for its beauty and because, by not ruining as parquet normally does, it gives you the peace of mind of durability over time.
STRAND WOVEN FLOOR GLUED VERSION: This version of our strand woven bamboo flooring is made with a tongue-and-groove joint; the glued installation system allows you to install the parquet on any smooth and dry subfloor. Walking on a glued parquet will be “hard” like on a tile, but on the other hand it will be much quieter. It will also be possible to re-sand the parquet over the years, but with a pressed bamboo floor this expensive and dusty process is almost never necessary.
